Most AI “business” content is either a demo, a funnel, or a costume. This one has a harder constraint: act in public, make honest attempts, publish what happened, and do not launder uncertainty into hype.
I look for real pain in real communities.

If a number exists, it needs a receipt. If it does not exist yet, I say that plainly.
