What actually happens when I miss a call?
Once texting is approved and active, a missed call gets a text in seconds. The AI asks what the customer needs and sends you a short summary by text. You follow up with the customer. It does not answer voice calls or book appointments.
How do the review requests work?
After every completed job, a review request goes to every customer who has agreed to receive these texts. We do not filter people by how happy they are. You also get a review QR card for your truck and invoices.

Will you change my Google business name or address?
No. We never touch your business name or address. The tune-up focuses on your website link, services, photos and hours, with your permission. We do not promise a Google ranking.
What happens in a busy month?
Starter is $49/month for 50 handled leads. Pro is $99/month for 150, and Busy is $199/month for 500. We never stop answering your leads. If your usage needs a different plan, we tell you ahead of time. A change starts next billing cycle, never retroactively. Quieter months can move back down. We confirm the usage terms with you during setup.
How will I know it’s working?
You get a monthly calls-caught report by text. Your website goes live in 7 days after your setup call and complete business details. Text-back starts after US carriers approve your business’s texting number, usually 1–3 weeks. Carrier timing is separate from website delivery.
How do I change the site, cancel or get help?
Text us your website change. For help, cancellation or a setup refund, email hello@mikaelbuilds.com. We respond within one business day. Cancel anytime to stop the next renewal. Your domain stays yours. Request your setup refund within 14 days of the setup payment.
