Clear terms for the 7-Day Never-Miss-A-Job Kit.

Your kit

The kit includes a professional website, a domain in your name, hosting, AI missed-call text-back, a Google Business Profile tune-up, automatic review requests after jobs, a review QR card, a monthly calls-caught report by text, and website changes requested by text. We do not change your Google business name or address.

Delivery and texting approval

Your website goes live within 7 days of your setup call and receipt of your complete business details and permissions. You review it before publication. AI text-back begins once US carriers approve your business’s texting number, usually 1–3 weeks. Approval timing is outside our control and is separate from the website deadline.

Price and renewal

The setup costs $149 once. The subscription is $49 per month and starts once the site is live. It renews monthly until you cancel. We confirm your first billing date before the subscription starts. All prices are in US dollars.

Usage-plan details are explained in our busy-month FAQ and confirmed during setup. Plan changes are announced in advance, apply from the next billing cycle and are never charged retroactively. We do not stop responding to leads because you reach a plan allowance.

Cancel anytime

No fixed-term contract is required. Email hello@mikaelbuilds.com before your next renewal to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; service continues through the paid period. Your domain stays yours. We provide the access or transfer steps needed to keep it. Hosting and automated services end with the subscription, so arrange alternative hosting if you want your site to remain online.

14-day setup money-back guarantee

If you are unhappy, request a refund at hello@mikaelbuilds.com within 14 days of the setup payment. We refund the $149 setup fee. This guarantee covers the setup fee; it does not promise a number of jobs or revenue. Bank processing times determine when the refund appears.

Your content and accounts

You confirm that your business details are accurate and that you have permission to use any supplied text, images and branding. Your domain remains registered in your name. You authorize only the account access necessary for the agreed work.

Messaging and reviews

Messaging requires the appropriate customer consent and carrier approval. A missed call alone is not treated as consent for unrelated marketing texts. Review requests are sent to every eligible, consenting customer after a job, without filtering by satisfaction. See our SMS terms and privacy policy.

Service limits

AI text-back collects details and sends you a summary. You remain responsible for following up, quotes, scheduling and doing the job. It does not answer voice calls, provide emergency response or book appointments. Carrier outages and filtering can delay or prevent messages. We do not guarantee search rankings, a number of leads, jobs, revenue or uninterrupted availability.
