How a business owner agrees to get the link to their website preview by text.

Who we are

MikaelBuilds (operated by Syneron Technologies Limited, Hong Kong) builds websites for US home-service businesses.

How you opt in (verbal, on a phone call)

Our agents call business owners about a website preview we built for their business. We never text anyone who has not asked. Before anything is sent, the agent reads you this, word for word:

“Can I text you the link to your website preview at this number? By saying yes, you agree to receive SMS from MikaelBuilds with your preview link and answers to your questions. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.”

We text you only if you say yes, and only at the number we called: after a connected call of 30 seconds or more, within 60 minutes of it, between 8 am and 8 pm your time, Monday to Saturday. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.

Consent record

After you agree, the agent ticks “The owner asked me on this call to text the preview link to this number” in our CRM. We record the phone number, the agent, the date and time, the call ID and the version of the script that was read.

What you receive

One confirmation text with your link, right after the call. For example:

MikaelBuilds: as agreed on our call, your preview: mikaelbuilds.com/zz0001 Msg freq may vary. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

If you text us back, the same person answers you. Message frequency may vary: usually one text per request; more only if you text us back. No promotions, no bulk texts. Msg & data rates may apply.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP at any time to stop all texts; we confirm once and send nothing more. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Privacy

We will not share your mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Read our privacy policy and SMS terms.
